It most probably is a Hillman Minx Series III (1958). It could also be the Series IIIA (1959), Series IIIB (1960), or Series IIIC (1961). They look all identical from this point of view. The cars mentioned above have more curved wings. The Hillman Minx Phase 6, also known as Mk.VI, is almost identical to this one:
